WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF KOBE BEEF. EVERY TASTE OF IT OPENS A DOOR TO A NEW WORLD OF TASTING EXPERIENCES.
Year 1868. At that time, nobody hasn’t yet recognised the joy of this global Gourmet delicacy that we have nowadays. It was the year that the city of Kobe opened its doors to the foreign trade as an international port. By being a place of establishment for foreign people, Kobe soon became a cosmopolitan city and the crossroads where Japanese tradition met with foreign cultures. Until then the Japanese people were not used to eat meat. However, the history changed, with first the English people which tasted Kobe beef for the first time, and as the myth says, they thought of it as a gift from the sky. Since then, the fame of Kobe spreaded through the oceans in order to become a familiar name around the world.
